Causing site congestion and safety risks. Conflicting schedules leading to delays.
Materials Delay
We implemented proactive procurement planning, maintained regular communication with suppliers and kept a buffer stock of critical items on site to avoid work stoppages.
Underground Services
Using vacuum excavation and trained personnel to safely expose and handle existing cables.
Inclement Weather
To manage inclement weather, we implemented flexible scheduling, used protective coverings and drainage systems onsite and monitored forecasts closely to adjust work plans and ensuresafety.
